WATER MELON JUICE RECIPE
Ingredients:
Watermelon (deseeded) -131(g)
Sugar- 5(g)
Black salt – a pinch
Mint leaves- 1-2 leaves
Jeera powder- a pinch
Lemon juice – ¼ tbsp (as per your taste, add or reduce the quantity)
Water (if required).
Procedure:
- Add watermelon pieces in a juicer along with 1tsp of sugar, a pinch of black salt, jeera powder and lemon juice.
- Blend it well.
- Pour the juice in the glass and garnish it with mint leaves. (If required, adjust the consistency by adding water).
Tip: – Add chia seeds to get additional benefits of omega 3 & dietary fibber. It helps lower LDL cholesterol and maintain blood sugar levels by preventing post meal spikes and promotes a feeling of fullness.
