WATER MELON JUICE RECIPE

Ingredients:

Watermelon (deseeded) -131(g)

Sugar- 5(g)

Black salt – a pinch

Mint leaves- 1-2 leaves

Jeera powder- a pinch

Lemon juice – ¼ tbsp (as per your taste, add or reduce the quantity)

Water (if required).

Procedure:

  1. Add watermelon pieces in a juicer along with 1tsp of sugar, a pinch of black salt, jeera powder and lemon juice.
  2. Blend it well.
  3. Pour the juice in the glass and garnish it with mint leaves. (If required, adjust the consistency by adding water).

Tip: – Add chia seeds to get additional benefits of omega 3 & dietary fibber. It helps lower LDL cholesterol and maintain blood sugar levels by preventing post meal spikes and promotes a feeling of fullness.
