SATTU JUICE

Sattu drink or sharbat is a quick, fuss- free cooler. Majorly from Bihar cuisine, this traditionally prepared beverage is a refreshing, healthy and cooling drink in the scorching summers of India.

Ingredients:

Roasted chana flour – 10(g)

Mint leaves – 2-3 leaves

Lemon – ¼ tbsp (as per your taste, add or reduce the quantity)

Black salt- a pinch

Black pepper- a pinch

Jeera powder- a pinch

 

 

Procedure:

  1. Add 2 tablespoons of roasted chana flour in the glass along with pinch of black salt, jeera powder and black pepper.
  2. For some sourness can add lemon juice to it.
  3. Pour a chilled or cold water to it
  4. Stir & mix it well to break the lumps if any.
  5. Ready to enjoy your drink!
