SATTU JUICE
Sattu drink or sharbat is a quick, fuss- free cooler. Majorly from Bihar cuisine, this traditionally prepared beverage is a refreshing, healthy and cooling drink in the scorching summers of India.
Ingredients:
Roasted chana flour – 10(g)
Mint leaves – 2-3 leaves
Lemon – ¼ tbsp (as per your taste, add or reduce the quantity)
Black salt- a pinch
Black pepper- a pinch
Jeera powder- a pinch
Procedure:
- Add 2 tablespoons of roasted chana flour in the glass along with pinch of black salt, jeera powder and black pepper.
- For some sourness can add lemon juice to it.
- Pour a chilled or cold water to it
- Stir & mix it well to break the lumps if any.
- Ready to enjoy your drink!
