MUSKMELON JUICE

Try this freshly prepared, sweet & refreshing beverage. A perfect thirst quencher & electrolyte replacing drink, loaded with vitamins and minerals.

Ingredients:

Muskmelon-147(g)

Sugar- 5(g)

Chia seeds(soaked) -3(g)

Black salt – a pinch

                           

Procedure:

  1. Blend all the ingredients into a smooth puree.
  2. Adjust the consistency using water as desired.
  3. Pour it into a serving glass and add soaked chia seeds to it.
  4. Your refreshing summer drink is ready!

 Tip:

  • Make sure to choose ripe & juicy muskmelon.
  • Must be consumed fresh and not prepared in advance to prevent oxidation and loss of nutrients. Can also add orange juice to it instead of lemon.
