Cucumber Juice
Ingredients:
Cucumber-117(g)
Salt – a pinch
Lemon juice – 2.5(ml)
Jeera powder – a pinch
Procedure:
- Pop the cucumber in blender, add a small piece of ginger, a pinch of salt, ½ to 1 tsp of lemon juice and a pinch of jeera powder.
- Blend it well pour the juice into a serving the glass.
- Serve it with mint leaves and sabja or chia seeds.
Tip: –
- Add chia seeds to get additional benefits like omega-3 fatty acids have a beneficial effect on cardiovascular health (lowering cholesterol, regulating heart rhythms and blood pressure, preventing blood clots, decreasing inflammation).
- Adding ginger to the juice will help in preventing nausea and digestion problems.
